The first round was a brief phone interview with the recruiter to talk about my resume and the role. The second round interview was a little more technical. It happened via skype with an analytics team member. It wasn't quite a case study, but it definitely wasn't a behavioral interview. The third round was an in person interview with two team members. The first one was a bit more behavioral. The interviewer himself was a bit spacey and the interview questions were really unspecific. I think they were trying to test how much I knew about the company. The second in person interview was a review of any technical skills I might have. She was much easier to talk to and asked much more specific questions. There was a fourth round that I think included some sort of case study or presentation, but I was not asked to participate. Just another note: the office space itself was kind of dingy and employee diversity was lacking.
