I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CipherHealth (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online for the NYC office and the process took 3+ months. The recruiter reached out a month after I applied which should’ve been the initial warning sign. Had a phone call/screening with the recruiter, 3 video interviews after and finally an in-person interview with 5 more team members. The final interview also consisted of a technical challenge where you’re given a case study to analyze and present your recommendations on a solution. After the in-person interview, the recruiter went radio silent. I reached out on several occasions and never heard back.
Highly unprofessional for a company to go radio silent after having candidate who was willing to stick to the long process. Although I understand they have a long process to make sure they have the right fit, but at least show some respect to people who have given their time away from their current job/taking PTO to send an email or follow-up that they are not a fit. Agree with the other reviewers that this was a huge waste of time especially since it sounds common that they blatantly stop communication when they see fit.
Also to note, the office is a huge mess. No AC and the place looks super dingy and run down. Their front door to the office doesn’t even open.

A couple of phone interviews then an in-person interview day that consisted of several individual interviews and one large panel. The entire process was very easy going and they were very quick to respond with next steps.
