I had applied through a reference for a supply chain management role.1st round was based on cv, my prior work experience, internship project details, project undertaken while pursuing MBA, few basic technical questions on inventory management. 2nd round was with planning head & was also based on cv. Asked me specific questions as to why I was interested in supply chain & all. 3rd round was HR round. Overall mangers are friendly & don't grill more. Only compliant is that the whole process took more than a month & their was no communication from HR end at most times
