I got called to interview for the position of HR Manager. The interview was about 30 mins and went well. They explained they had a few more candidates to interview and that I would hear back on Monday (the interview was on a Thursday.) Monday came and went, and I didn’t hear anything, I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail. I never heard back. A few days later I saw that they had reposted the position on Indeed. There was no formal thank you for interviewing or update that they weren’t moving forward in the application process, it felt very unprofessional.
