Interview
Hiring process took three days. The following is a layout:
I applied online.
The next morning-University transcripts were requested by company and I emailed them promptly.
Following day-Transcripts were received. Phone screening was set up.
Succeeding and Last day-Phone screening was done.
Questions asked during this interview were already covered on the main application, resume, and cover letter. Questions were obviously easy but the interviewer was rude. Interviewer also lacked listening skills making the interview difficult. This is a telecommunications company so I found irony in this.
Overall, it was an unfortunate waste of time. I was expecting a higher level of professionalism from this company. After my half an hour phone interview, I knew I did not want to work for this company. I was given a bad impression.
