I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Circana (New York, NY) in Mar 2024
Interview
3 rounds of interviews.
1) 30 mins with hiring manager, reviewed resume highlights, general get to know you interview
2) 45 mins with Manager position reports to. Very casual conversation, getting to know personalities and determine fit.
3) 30 mins with Account Manager on similar team. Reviewed day to day activities and expectations. Was able to get insight on job stability and how the teams work.
Had 3 great interviews, each ending with me feeling like I had a good chance of being selected. Interviewers all seemed to like my qualifications and prior experience and personalities and management styles seemed like a fit. After 3rd interview, was told a decision would be made shortly and I should hear back by EOW.
A week goes by, I send a follow up to my 2 main contacts, asking for an update or any feedback that I could address.
No response.
2 weeks, send 2nd follow up asking for update.
No response
3 weeks, notice job has been reposted on LinkedIn, send email asking for update or rejection so I could move on if I wasn't selected.
Still no response from any of the 3 people included
After 3 interviews, I deserved the courtesy of an email rejection at the very least. It is ridiculous that companies are still ghosting candidates like this.
