HR Screening (15–30 minutes) The HR checks basic details. They may ask: * Tell me about yourself. * Why are you looking for a job change? * Current CTC and expected CTC? * Notice period? * Preferred location? * Why do you want to join our company? Purpose: To see if you’re a good fit from a communication and logistics perspective
