Applied online, didn’t hear back as Circle was busy mass posting the job in every city of America on LinkedIn getting hundreds of resumes. Then I sent my resume directly to a recruiter there and had a phone screen scheduled immediately. Was told interview process would consist of talking to 6 “or maybe 7” people. How can you conduct interviews without having a clear idea of the interview process? Job was open since November but it’s now March and still open. Are they even trying to fill the role? Interview with hiring manager was rescheduled 3 times. When I finally talked to him, it was an amazing interview and I was excited. After one week of not hearing back, I followed up and received a generic “we decided to move ahead with other candidates.” Beware, the leadership team at this company is old and crypto companies tend to hire young people! I can sense they wanted someone “old” which I am proud to say doesn’t describe me :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
More conversation than standard questions which I hate because the person interviewing you is doing all the talking as they like to hear themselves talk!
