Multi layered panel interviews with five or six different people including the hiring manager, prospective team members and people in the wider organisation. Not really difficult but tiresome and long-winded. Whole end to end process probably took four months

Call with a compliance manager. On site with 2 compliance analysts and a call with the international team. 2 calls with directors. Extremely positive and enjoyable interview. Everyone I spoke to seemed genuinely passionate about the company. They asked a good mix of background/getting to know you type questions. It was very much a two way interview. The process was well organised and efficient. Inteviewers made jokes and laughed during the process which was a very good sign. Directors seemed extremely knowledgable about the crypto space and answerewed all my questions. The only negative was the long wait following the interview. HR advised a soft and hard date upon when a decision was going to be made, and both were missed. Eventually they emailed saying I did not get the job with no feedback or explation. This was extremely disappointing after a vey positive interview, but not enough to turn it to a negative experience.
