Circle Internet Financial Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process consists of 3 rounds: initial coding challenge, take-home test, and a software design problem with the team. I had a chance to pass the first round, and proceed to the take-home test. I completed the challenge according to the problem description. However, the company wants you to take additional steps that are not stated in a coding test. The problem himself is easy to solve, however, to create additional things that were not listed in the coding take-home such as security, testing, etc requires extra knowledge and time. I appearance very detailed feedback from the company about why they decided to reject me. However, I would like to suggest the team not to test people in things that are not asked on the test and want a potential candidate may not even think to add.
