Shortly after submitting my resume online I received an email inviting me to take two online tests. One was personality, the other was more of an intelligence test that included a fair amount of math. After completing both of those I received a call from the recruiter asking me to come in for an interview. Upon arriving to the office I found it to be very run down. Dirty air vents, mismatches furniture, lots of cables hanging from the ceiling. During the interview I was told the office would be moving to a new location soon. It was very apparent the company lacked IT vision and sorely needed an experienced IT person to help them.
