I turned down the offer based on initial impressions. Interviewers made it very obvious they don’t have a lot of experience in hiring physicians. They don’t call physicians Dr so and so by by their first names. Very dismissive of your experience and credentials. They don’t seem to understand anything about physician employment and contracts. Just by their attitude towards physicians I would not work here. You at judged by people who have no idea what it is that you do.

Bait and switch. Advertised as telemedicine primary care but was told panel will be 95% ADHD. Just advertise it as ADHD diagnosis and refill of controlled substances and don’t waste any one’s time.
