Went through two separate interviews, then completely ghosted from the company. Both interviews were conducted virtually. The first was a phone interview, then a clinical interview where they asked a series of clinical questions. You were given scenarios.

Efficient and timely. Process has been smooth and flows quickly. Interactive interview process with follow-up emails and texts as appropriate. Had a question with process and answer was received almost immediately.

Initial interview with HR representative. Intro to company and general review of CV. Second interview was a mock patient encounter. It was pretty straight forward minor patient visit. Third interview with a Circle Medical provider and more discussion regarding background and comfort with virtual visits. I felt it went ok but I got an email a few days later that job was offered to another and would be keeping m CV on file.
