Long interview process: -Recruiter Interview -In-person interview at the office with the IT manager -sperate "skills test" with the IT manager -Interview with CTO went through all stages of the interview process, everyone was friendly but after all the interviews after one week, they sent me a generic message saying Thank you for your interest in the role. The IT manager was the only person running all of IT for a company with 500+ people to help (employees and doctors) and they were looking for a second person to join the team. the pay was only 52,000 a year and that's with stocks counted. The pay and job listing did not match their unrealistic expectations for the role once it got to the interview. Also, it was 5 days in office 9-6.
