One cannot get an interview with this company unless you know someone on the inside. It's absolutely impossible. You also have to know someone on the inside to get the interview and the job you're applying for. No experience necessary at all, just connections. Good connections.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group
Interview
On top of the usual "Tell us about a time when XYZ", Cirque loves to ask some off the wall questions. Like "if you were a color, what would you be and why" or "if you could have dinner with any 3 people, who would it be and why". Usually, questions that you really can't prepare for.

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group (New York, NY) in Jun 2011
Interview
Hard to understand their accents; they were on a conference call from Las Vegas which made the process very unclear. I had heard about the interview process, and they were as hard to navigate as I had expected.
