Initial perception of people was very positive. Everyone seemed so happy to work there at that time in the company's history. Interview process seemed very organized and thorough. Phone interview from HR, then panel interview, then skills testing then another panel interview. By the end though I had enough information to know I would fit well and wanted the job.
