Interview
30 minute phone conversation. The fact that the recruiter called back 10 minutes later with an offer indicated to me they were in need of help. Because I love aviation and my degree is aeronautical science from Northrop University I agreed to travel there. I had no idea what type of culture I would encounter. Most of the people there are not pilots or mechanics, they are book-learners. They do not like people with actual aviation experience. They like fellow book-learners!
