I applied online and a couple weeks later was contacted to set up a phone interview. Phone interview was mostly a screening call, we went over my resume in a little more detail than what was written and he asked the general "tell me about yourself" questions.
Was then selected for an onsite interview. The company flew me out, gave me a rental car and put me in a nice hotel. Onsite interview consisted of 5 30-minute interviews with Directors/Managers of different disciplines, a tour of the production facility, and a followup with HR. Overall, the questions weren't too technical, mostly general looking over of my resume again and relevant followup questions. But some managers were more technical than others and I answered as best I could, to which they seemed satisfied.
A couple of the managers that interviewed me also took me to lunch at a local spot, no technical questions were asked there, just basic lunch chit chat.
After that I had the afternoon to look around the town and relax at the hotel.
Couple weeks later I was contacted with an offer for an entry level position.
