Two phone screening interviews to start things off. The first is one-on-one, the second is on a video call with a group of instructors. In-person Interview starts with being picked up at the hotel, and being taken on a tour of some operations. After some time seeing the facility, you’ll move into a flight simulator and then go fly the SR22. You will then be given a lesson to teach and asked some personality questions with a group of their current instructors. Then, you go out to lunch with some of the team. Remember, you’re being interviewed until you’re on the flight back home.
