First you are contacted by a recruiter. They are the gate keepers, if you get through them then they up several interviews I had 3 teams meetings as interviews. Once I got past the 3 virtual interviews I was contacted a few weeks later to book travel to Knoxville. The interview itinerary was subject to change and it absolutely changed. Slightly uncoordinated with several other applicants it was handled like a circus with the applicants to be juggled around. The best part about the whole trip was the planned dinner at the RT. The next morning we went out ways as a group of applicants. Weeks went by with nothing. The other applicants and myself stayed in touch. I was contacted by another person within the company to meet weeks later on an impromptu lunch for a “vibe check” per the request of the region manager. The lunch went well and there I was again. Waiting to hear something, anything. I sent an email request to get an update per the hiring manager and the recruiter and it fell on deaf ears. Again some weeks later I get an 11pm text to join the team at a local event to me to join the “team” for what I assume was another vibe check. That went well again with campfire stories, a few beers purchased again by the regional at Cirrus. Then back to the campers that the cirrus reps were in to bring the night to a close. To no surprise nothing again for weeks. I reached out today and finally got an answer. It took 13 weeks from initial contact to final contact with little to no communication in between. Don’t be in a rush to get a word from Cirrus.
