I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cisco (Bengaluru) in Oct 2013
Interview
Was a long and multistep process. The rounds explored every bit of skills and experience. Networking concept knowledge is the biggest advantage. Be prepared with FCAPS and OSI. Also it was good to show how i went above n beyond the expectations in earlier jobs. Achievements were given a lot of value.
