First I get a little game based assignment to see how my personal characteristics are, after that I had interview with HR recruiter via WebEx and final was Assignment Day at Cisco Belgrade office. On that Assignment Day I participated in 3 exercises: Networking Fundamentals Quiz, Manager Interview and Technical Presentation & Interview.
