I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (Sydney) in Apr 2019
Interview
Pretty straightforward - online application, video interview with HR, video interview with heads of marketing. Interview with HR asked typical behavioural and situational questions, interview as a whole was quite relaxed.
Good company, fast interview process. I like the team and have heard good things as well from ex colleagues who joined Cisco in general. Recruiter was also very helpful and prepared me for the interview. I did not join as the timing was not right for me, but would recommend this as a place to work.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Cisco in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process went well. The discussion was engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my experience and learn more about the role and team. I’m looking forward to hearing the next steps.
5 Step Process. Two recruiter, team members, VP. Process is quite simple, however recruiter might not know entirely the need of the business. Unfortunately not being able to speak to VP, to really understand what the company needed at this point in time.
