I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cisco (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2010
Interview
I received a couple of phone call interviews. The first two were through human resources and then I spoke with an employee within the department I was interviewing for. The interviews were pretty relaxed and the interviewers didn't throw any curve balls.
It’s a really nice experience. You have one interview in three sessions, and you also present and work on a project. You get to work in breakout groups on teams.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cisco (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
It was four hours long and consisted of three parts including a personal presentation that you were given the prompt for ahead of time, a group project and presentation, and a personal interview which was like a traditional interview.
3 part Superday Interview all in one day - Individual interview, individual assignment presentation, group presentation. It was difficult but manageable. I had a lot of fun doing it. Highly recommend Cisco as it is a great company to work in with great culture
