2 maanden later was de volgende ronde: een video pitch maken over wat jouw 3 beste kwaliteiten zijn voor deze sales rol.
1 maand later was de laatste ronde: het assessment. Een zware dag waar je pas enkele dagen van te voren informatie over kreeg. Het assessment was verdeeld in 4 onderdelen: technische toets, interview, rollenspel en een presentatie geven.
1,5 maand later kreeg ik de uitslag.
1 maand daarna kreeg ik een aanbod vanuit Cisco.
Al met al een erg langzaam proces met veel onzekerheid en redelijk slechte communicatie.
