It seemed like a 15 minutes fake interview with the direct manager.
She did not want to choose a candidate. It seemed like she just wanted to fill her time.
It was an awful and ridiculous experience.

The first-round interview was fairly easy. Got asked basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, and tell me about your experience with Salesforce. I have another hour-long technical panel interview next week.

The interview process was smooth and consisted of 3 rounds, all of which took place within a week. The first was with the hiring manager, next 2 rounds with senior program managers. All the rounds were virtual and focused mainly on experience and situational type questions. These were more conversational in nature and went nicely.
