Interview
There were three rounds. First round I was asked from my resume about my projects, experience, skills that i had. In the next round I was asked solely on my work in the previous companies and technical skills and software I worked on there. Last round was Manager round which lasted for 10 minutes and then I got a call that I was selected.

Thorough interview process, beginning with a deep technical interview about my experience and expertise, followed by a managers interview about higher level topics. After 2 interviews I was given an offer which I accepted. Previous interview experiences with Cisco were similar, with just the interviewers being different.
