I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Cisco (Austin, TX)
Interview
I was reached to on LinkedIn by a recruiter, first interview was set up pretty quickly. Second interview took weeks and weeks to schedule. Then I was told there was a hold on the opportunity itself - zero communication in the meantime. 3 months later they reached back out with a different person / part of the company asking to interview me for an entirely different position - no background or description of the role was given prior to the interview.
