I applied to EMEAR Cisco ASE position in September 2014 online and received an invitation to my first interview, which was Webex phone call in a month. Questions were mostly about my background: did I participate in any communities, associations, activities etc during my college life. The interviewee was typing my every single word while I was talking but she was pretty nice. In two weeks I received an email saying I was promoted to the next stage: video submission. I had to explain to a person who didn't have any idea about networking what SDN was. I had like 3-4 days to prepare for that video. Now I am going to participate in Assessment Center, in a week, and I am pretty nervous because it requires a lot of research. Good luck to everyone!
