The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citadel (London, England)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter, had a phone interview, where I was asked basic algorithmic question and some questions about my CV.
After that I was invited to another phone screen, which was purely behavioral.
After passing the 2nd phone screen successfully, I was invited to the onsite interview.
Onsite consisted of 5 interviews. They ask you algorithmic questions, some probability, C++ concepts and lot of questions about CV and why Citadel.
Felt like interviewers were busy, some kept looking at their phones, some were rude (grilled on why I want to leave my current company and what's wrong with it). One interviewer didn't believe that I haven't seen the problem before, because I solved it pretty fast. Received a reject due to "communication issues" after almost a month of wait.
Really awful interview experience, the people didn't explain anything that was happening and it was all really corporate. I wouldn't apply again and from what I've heard from friends the work culture is very stressful there anyway.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citadel
Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter to interview for a contractor position on a trading team. The question they asked was strange and nothing to do with the position.
