I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citadel (Hong Kong) in Sep 2021
Interview
there were many behaviourable questions, asking about work ethics and attitude towards work. This is due to the nature of the operations role where it’s complex yet challenging due to the long hours ( also inherently because different markets close at different timings)
5-6 rounds with multiple team members. no technical questions, mostly behavioral and questions about my resume. Wanted to know why I was interested in Citadel. Got the interview through a recruiter on LinkedIn.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citadel (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process seemed more like they were trying to sell the job, rather than identify qualities about the candidates. They were not upfront with me about the hours, working shifts from 7pm-7am 4 days a week for up to 9 months which would have been nice to know from the start.
