They are very disrespectful of other firms' IP. I am ~80% sure they scheduled me for one more interview after deciding to reject just to try to get a rival's IP. The interviewer very brazenly asked detailed questions about the trading strategies I developed while working for one of their top competitors. Even after I said I didn't think they would want me to share that, he continued trying to get me to reveal more! Absolutely pathetic and dishonest.
