Interview
It was a virtual process, I only did the first-round interview. The conversation focused on NLP, including my understanding and experience with training large neural networks. We discussed ways you could apply them to financial data, and ways you might reduce latency with simpler models for sufficiently straightforward prediction tasks. I got the sense that the interviewer was looking for applicants with a very specific background.

Describe the latency of this approach. Think of simpler, classical models that can achieve faster throughput while maintaining high accuracy for this task.
