Several steps, first a math and programming screening, then phone interview going over probability questions. Could solve all of them but was probably slightly too slow. Better to apply early to decrease competition.

Applied online. Once past the resume screen, there were 2x phone screens, which if you passed, was followed by a final round superday. Superday consisted of group questions as well as individual questions.
