Interview
I was disappointed by the process. I met with the hiring manager who proactively stated they would like to move me to the next step of the interview process at the end of the interview. I never heard back despite a follow up and the external recruiter I was working with says that when they ghost it’s usually because they decide they don’t want to move forward, which was 1) a contrast to what the interviewer told me and 2) disappointing for such a reputable recruiting team.
