2 rounds of interviews. Each round comes with 2 rounds of mini interviews. First round was group interview, 3 candidates in a group vs an interviewer. Second round 1-to-1 with a VP and MD.
Virtual interview. Dig deep into your resume, as well as current financial markets. They will ask your opinion on certain movements in the bond market and choices by the FED. Basic bond technicals (price, yields, etc) as well
