Interview
2 hours of on site interviews. Met with 6 people for 20 minute interviews each. Relatively easy if you do your homework beforehand. Since the interviews were so short they were only able to test my personality fit as opposed to give me the really hard technical questions. Was on the wait list for two weeks and then they gave me the offer for the summer internship.
Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
Interview with HR and a current analyst (behavioral + CV). Another round where there was 2 interviews from people from the department and then a prresentation based on a document they present
