Process took about 2 weeks. One phone interview and a super day which consisted of 4 30 min interviews in person. Interview was more situational. Dont have a lot of time to sell youself because the questions are more hypothetical. They ask about situations you may or may not have been in and you have to come up with an answer on the spot a lot of the questions were out of the blue and had nothing to do with finance which was a little shocking
the first round is group case interview for summer interns, each group has four to six students, and each one has about ten seconds for thinking how to answer questions

2. First Round - Group interview, given case studies and asked about our opinions on it / with a focus on selling banking products applicable to Citi
3. Second Round (Final Round Superday) - Scenario-based interviews with MDs / Head of Department looks through your resume

Have to do a virtual super day due to the pandemic. The super day is two part with 1 hour preparation time total. The first part is news discussion related to Citi, the second part is case study.
