I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jan 2010
Interview
Talked to the hiring manager on the phone first. Then met with him in person. Then had a few one on one interviews with members of the group and other groups. Got some tecknical and programming questions as well as questions about past job experience. That was not a difficult technical interview, The people were rather freindly.
Very much weird question. They already decided whom they where going to select. They even don't had our details. Had to wait for 3 hour just to get our interview start
