I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
Just a phone call screen then a super day they flew candidates out for. The phone call was super casual with somebody working in S&T and then the super day started with 50 min case study then 4 30 min back to back interviews one on the case, one technical, one behavioral, and one leadership/experience related. Thought for sure I was going to get an offer and they ended up giving me the response that I "didn't have enough market knowledge", which I heard from other candidates I knew they said to them as well. Think there was a big emphasis on culture fit and just if they saw the trading mentality within you.
one phone call - behavorials
another phone call - also behavioral, some questions about current markets
super day - three interviews back to back, one behavioral, one technical, one case study
Interview questions [1]

Interview
the interview process was unfair, the people who interviewed were not from teams you applied to - and thus not able to fully express ur interest in what you applied to
just asked lots of questions about the markets + my understanding of it. very nice people overall! also some basic behavioral questions. technical questions were just related to economics + markets
