I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Apr 2013
Interview
Applied online to several positions / locations. Didn't hear back for over a month while pursuing other companies that I really didn't care to work for. Out of the blue, finally got a call to join a job fair that was being hosted and attended. The process was great, the interview process was very easy, and I was only interviewed by two people on the same day. They explained the position and my role, and said they would be in contact within the next week. I heard back two days later with an offer and I accepted. Took the drug test the very next day, and started training about two weeks later. Everything has gone very smooth since.
