I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Pune) in Jul 2020
Interview
I got a call for Pune location. I cleared 3 rounds. HR was very prompt in coordination initially when I was getting through every round. In fact HR coordinator was in constant touch. But after the final round, HR was not at all responsive. In spite of calling multiple times and sending multiple emails, he did not bother to update about the status. This is highly unprofessional. I think HR should be trained on work and professional etiquettes as they are not just hiring the talent but they are selling a company's brand. As you update the positive status, what is wrong in updating the negative status. It would always be good to share a genuine feedback instead of keeping an open end. This would also help candidate to know their shortfalls.
