They are three stages.
1) First is the interview with the Country head of Treasury and Country head of H.R.
2) Second is an assessment day Centre with team exercises and presentation.
3) Third is an another interview.

Second Interview
1) Business case study about three investments-30 Mins
2) Presenation based on a case study-20 Mins
3) Ballon debates on different business scenarios-30 Mins (15 Mins Read, 15 Mins Discuss)
