I was called by the recruiter for an initial telephone interview where I was asked questions about my background and experience and what I have to offer to this position. I was then contacted via email a few days later to confirm a date for an in person interview. The interview was very interactive and detailed. I was able to ask alot of questions about the position, as well as get alot of information about it to see if I was really a good fit.
