I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citi in May 2021
Interview
Applied through Early ID. A phone interview following a super day. Superday has three back-to-back 30 minutes virtual interviews. One is about technical/one is about behavioral/one is about the market/pitch. Technicals are very easy.

Question 1
Why Citi? Why S&T? What do you know about Citi? Who is Citi's CEO?
First round phone call, pretty straight forward, lots of resume questions and a trade pitch question
2nd round was the superday with case, technical and behavioral. each one was 30 minutes. the technical was pretty okay talking about bond fundamentals, markets worldwide. behavioral was pretty standard. one of the most unique questions was "describe an ethically ambiguous situation and how you reacted to it?"
