I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Citi (Hyderābād) in Nov 2014
Interview
1.written test 2. psychometric test not a elimination round 3. personal hr round 4. technical round 5. stress interview round very stress full mostly application based questions were asked
Interviewed directly with Branch Manager, did not go through recruiter first. Interview panel consisted of multiple branch managers even though I only applied to 1 branch. Background check was very thorough; they verified all of my previous employers and requested for proofs. Recruiter is the one to provide salary number.

Question 1
What motivates you? What makes you a good candidate? Describe a time you handled a difficult customer
I applied online through Citi’s careers site. Within two days, I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview. The interview took place shortly after and was pretty straightforward — the branch manager asked about my previous customer service experience, availability, and why I wanted to work at Citi.
I heard back with an offer just three days after the interview. The rest of the process involved background checks and completing onboarding tasks.
The interview process was very quick and the HR team reach out to you really quick. It takes like a week to do all the background check since you get the offer.
