Completed first round interview, arranged through my college. I was interviewed by two employees from their Connecticut and New York locations. The interview was behavioral and they did not stick to a specific structure or rigid questioning. It felt more like a conversation than interview. It was a 30 minute interview based mostly around my resume and current events, as well as how what I do ties into Citi and Corporate Banking.

My first round was with one analyst and it was about 20 minutes and felt like a screening. It was easy to average depending on the interviewer and a little more serious then expected.
