I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Quite smooth, a lot of market based questions. Heavy on technicals but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it was an enjoyable process and the interviewers were really nice. Series of 6 one-on-one 20 minute interviews. The whole process lasted about 2.5 hours. Be prepared to ask intelligent questions in the end and talk to a lot of people before your interview. Why CMO is probably the most important question and your answer will make or break your interview. Be genuine, well informed and know about the company and divisions + desks.
