I applied online and heard from HR within 3 weeks to set up a phone interview where I spoke with the Hiring Manager and future Supervisor. Within a few weeks I had another phone interview (job was in Nashville and bosses were in Indiana / NYC) with two Directors within that group. The company was in a hiring freeze at the time so the process took longer than expected. I then visited the Nashville office and interviewed with several Sr. Executives and toured the office. I applied in July and started in November. Overall the process is said to take several months.
