I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Manila, Manila)
Interview
There are 3 stages. HR will call you to set an initial interview schedule. Then, you'll proceed with the initial interview. If you pass, they'll notify you within a week. I did so I proceeded with the 2nd interview. If you pass again, they'll notify you within a week. Then, you'll proceed with the Assessment Center (last stage) where you'll work together with other candidates and they'll assess your teamwork skills. From the first stage to the final stage, all the interviewers were really nice.
The reason that I rated the overall experience negative is because I got to the last stage and was waiting for a call or an email notifying me of my status but none came. Basically, they ghosted me. If a candidate invests time and even reached the final stage, I hope that you could at least call them and tell them if they're accepted or rejected so that they could move on. It's a form of courtesy. They'll be quick to tell you that you passed (7 days or even less) but when they reject you, they'll just drop you without you knowing. I followed-up but no reply.
Structured. It consist of 3 rounds in total. HR will host the interview. First round of Case Study, then Technical with the team leads of the team. After that, will be Q&A session. Lastly with the head of the department.
I had a behavioral with a current analyst, then a Superday with 3 members of the division. During the Superday, I was also assigned a case study to be conducted and presented live to the Superday interviewers.
Interview with HR and a current analyst (behavioral + CV). Another round where there was 2 interviews from people from the department and then a prresentation based on a document they present
